Felicity jones is a British actor best known for the role of Jane Hawking. She played the part of Jane Hawking in The Theory of Everything, the film that received acclaim from critics. Jones began acting at her 12th birthday and has been in many productions and TV shows. Her career began with the television film The Treasure Seekers. Then she played the character in Ethel Hallow another television show called The Worst Witch and its sequel Weirdsister College. In her debut film Flashbacks of a Fool she appeared as Young Ruth and went on to be featured in numerous films. In The Invisible Woman & The Amazing Spider-Man 2 the actress was a star for her role. But it was her performance as the wife of Stephen Hawking in The Theory of Everything' that won the actress an Oscar nomination for the very first time. Jones was Stephen Hawking's wife second in the biopic, was rewarded with a lot of praise both from the critics and viewers due to the manner in which she portrayed her. Inferno which starred Tom Hanks was next on her list of credits. The British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles awarded Jones with the British Artist of the Year in 2016 due to her extraordinary talents and contributions to the film.
